Vixen the playful reindeer

Vixen the playful little reindeer

One day Vixen was watching the people sliding down snow hills. He was confused. He asked an Astrologer what it was. The Astrologer was surprised to see a talking reindeer. She was with her family. Then she said “They have lots of fun”She continued “It's very fun”. Vixen got sad. He wished he was a human. He went to his mother to tell her that he wanted to be a human. She was very sad. Then she grinned and said “If you were a boy, you would go to school. There, teachers would beat you. Do you like to be a human now?” “ No'' said Vixen “ I don’t want to be a human!” he screamed. “Ok” said his mother . Vixen went to the place where he met the Astrologer. But she was not there , neither her family . He felt that he should too go sliding down snow hills. He then came running to the snow hills. But his fear made him stop in front. Vixen knew his grandpa’s last words “ A person who never learns anything new , has never tried anything new ”. Vixen then dashed up the snow hill. He stood at top of the snow hill. He put his legs down slowly and “whoosh!” he went! Vixen screamed joyfully and all the people were surprised. They cheered as Vixen landed on his feet. He went to his mother and told everything. “You” said his mother “ Obeyed your grandpa’s last words. Go on ,there is a sliding competition”. Vixen ran outside to see the game starting. He ran to the start. Everyone recognised him and he ran fast when the race had started. And he won the race. Not bad for a reindeer , isn’t it?
